Other Good Things to Know:

If a match must be defaulted due to an insufficient number of players, the #2 single line is defaulted before the #1 line (in the case of more than 1 lines of singles). The #3 doubles line is defaulted before the #2 line and the #2 line is defaulted before the #3 line.

Line-ups can only be changed once they are exchanged if:

  1. An injury, illness, or disqualification occurs during warm-ups and an eligible replacement can be made within the defauly time.

  2. If players from different lines are unavailable for play, the player from the lower line can take the place of the unavailable player from the higher line to form a new team. For example, if one player at #1 doubles and 1 player from the #3 line doubles do not show up for the match, the available player from #3 line can join the available player from the #1 line to play the #1 line of doubles. The #3 line would be defaulted.

Penalties for late arrivals causing delay in match starting times are as follows:

5:00 minutes or less: Loss of toss plus 1 game

5:01 to 10:00 minutes late: Loss of toss plus 2 games

10:01 to 15:00 minutes late: Loss of toss plus 3 games

More than 15 minutes late: Default of the match

If courts are not available for all matches played at the same time, matches are played in the following order, unless otherwise agreed to by both team captains:

#1 Doubles

#2 Doubles

#3 Doubles

#1 Singles

#2 Singles
