USTA League Tennis offers adults age 18 and older competitive team match play in the world's largest recreational tennis league.  Participants play on all-men or all-women teams, with divisions for Adult 18 & over, Adult 40 & Over, Adult 55 & Over, and Adult 65 & Over

Mylan World Team Tennis is a coed league in which teams compete in six sets - men's and women's doubles, men's and women's singles and mixed doubles. The unique format, which is also played by the pros in Mylan World TeamTennis, includes no-ad scoring, substitution and coaching. Teams are typically made up of eight (4 men and 4 women) players.

BRTC SUMMER LEAGUES

Session I May 24

Session II August 8

Players must be at least 18 years of age.  Play will consist of Women’s 3.0; 3.5; and 4.0 doubles, as well as Men’s 3.5 and 4.0 doubles.  League will run 5-7 weeks.  Cost-$15.00 BRTC member - $25.00 non-member.

 JUNIOR PROGRAMS – Year Round

 

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT I

Program designed for the younger player wanting to work on his/her game through organized play, group instructions, and drills.  Program is specifically designed for players with little or no experience.

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT II

Program designed for the player with some playing experience, looking to improve his/her game through group instruction, drills, and match play.

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT III

Program for players committed to train for competitive play. Workouts include intense drills, match play, strategy, fitness training, and mental training.  Players are competing in USTA tournaments, junior high and high school team.

TENNIS CAMPS

 

SUMMER TENNIS CAMPS

May 30-June 3; June 6-10; June 20-24; July 4-8; July 11-15; August 1-5; August 8-12; August 15-19.

*Beginner program is created for players new to the game.  This class will introduce the game of tennis in a fun way.  Emphasis is   on hand-eye coordination, as well as developing tennis skills.

*Advanced Beginners is a continuation of the beginner program with emphasis on serve, ground-strokes, volley, and overhead.  Games, drills, and match play situations are used for enjoyment and to encourage stroke development.  Score keeping and learning the basic rules of the game is also taught.

HWY 80 TENNIS CAMP

 

Each day will begin at 9:00AM with stretching and strengthening exercises on court, followed by on-court drills and instruction.  Lunch will be 12:00 to 13:00; lunch will be the responsibility of each student. 

The afternoon will consist of more training, including supervised match-play, Camp will end at 16:00PM.

BOOT CAMP

Camp designed for those players who are committed to be a player (not a ‘want to be’) for their team.  A full day of training, including fitness, drilling,(live ball and dead ball drills) and match play.  Camper will be ready for play at the end of week.  This camp is not for the weak at heart.  These camps are for High School and Junior High players that are ready to take it to the next level.
